MG Stuma offers a full portfolio of services that allows you the customer to choose the point at which you enter our process. This can be anywhere, ranging from you having an idea that needs turning into a product that is technically feasible, through to already having a tool from which you need production supply.

We offer everything from conceptual prototypes to full scale production and added value processes – together we will determine how many or how few of our services are applicable to your requirements, then we’ll take it from there.

We have extensive experience in helping customers re-locate or outsource their current injection moulded products. Design & Development

We can offer design assistance, rapid prototypes and soft tooling, plus full project management to ISO 9001:2008 standards.

Tooling

We are able to manufacture tools using our in-house tool room or through our partners in the UK and overseas. Whatever your requirements we have a service to match.

Manufacturing

With injection moulding machines ranging from 25 to 800 tonnes and additional down stream operations, plus a 60,000 sq. ft site, at Stuma you will find everything you require is under our control. However, if we don’t currently offer what you need then we will find a way to provide it.
